Responsible for 200-plus Realtors, she helped the area Keller Williams office grow annual revenue to $460 million – employing a systematic approach to business development, training workshops and one-on-one coaching.
Charlotte authors articles for a variety of real estate, business and sales publications, as well as monthly skill development pieces for sales professionals and managers.
